DIY Fall Decor | Chalkboard Fall Sign

Hope you guys are ready for Halloween because we are over here.  The kids are so excited to wear their costumes and do trick or treating.

Okay, on today's post.

I should have been cleared on my title because this board is a faux chalk board.
Because what was used is not a real chalk but --- a white marker.

But heck who cares right? :) it's my blog :) lol!

So it all started with an old cork board and covered it with black craft paper using a spray glue.
Then I wrote the fall message that I like using the white marker.
I swear, it really looks like a chalkboard in real life.
Nice personal touch on my front porch.

It also looks great with my little witch pointing at it too :)

DIY Fall Decor | Pine Cone Garland

Hello guys!  If you're not yet tired of pine cone fall decor just yet.  Today I have another pine cone project that is easy as usual.

After all the pine cone crafts that I have shared here, here and here, I still have some left over pine cones.
So I decided to make a garland out of it.  I used a jute twine then adhered the pine cones with hot glue.

The letter T in the middle stands for the first letter of my last name and was bought from Michaels at their dollar section.
When it was done, it was done!  That's it!

DIY Fall Decor | White Spray Painted Pine Cones

Hello! Hello my dear friends!!

Are you ready for another super easy DIY Fall Decor?  Here's another pine cone craft.

Like I have mentioned before, these pine cones were picked from the parking lot long time ago.
This is super easy again!  I used krylon glossy white spray paint.

Placed the pine cones on a newspaper and started painting it with thin layers at a time.  I probably had 6 or 7 thin layers of paint to get the full coverage all throughout the crevices.
It pretty much dried up that same day when I spray painted it, that was a very beautiful sunny day.

And it looks so rich after it got painted!  I am very much impressed♥
It was a no-sweat kind of project!  I love it!

Happenings Lately

Hi everyone!  There is a reason, I mean....a lot of reasons why I don't have a new post up on my blog.
WE have been super busy lately.

We had a backyard camping...I know we're that crazy!
Unbelievable....this much tents can fit in our small backyard :)
We celebrated our wedding anniversary
Then we also celebrated The Mr.'s birthday with close friends and family.

The Mr. with his brothers!
Yeah, we are barefoot inside the house :)
We also went to the Fall Festival and we had so much fun!
And let's not forget the kids' field trips, school events and other activities.
It is super busy but at the same time extra special moments.  I am so grateful for viewers like you, whom I know that probably don't care if I have a new post or not - because - you are also super busy and enjoying the time spent with family and friends.

Until then...
