So last week I ordered an outdoor bench from Menards for our front porch.
Very nice, I know right?
A box showed up in our door last week and I am very excited. When we opened it up, one of the woods for seating has been damaged/dented pretty bad.
That does not look very pretty at all!
Despite the damage, The Mr. and I still assembled it but what I did was just informed customer service about the damage and hopefully hear from them ASAP.
In the meantime, we have this... #unhappycustomer
What would you have done? Return it?
***Update 5/13/15*** Menards' customer service reached out to me and gave me a $20 credit, they credited it back to my account. For me it was fair enough and I am pleased with their customer service.
